Born in Majdal Shams, occupied Golan Heights, in 1968, Ikram Halabi studied at the Al-Nour Institute of Art in Nazareth in 1999 and later at the Institute of Art Academy in Tel Hai in 2004. She participated in several student group exhibitions in 2005, as well as a joint exhibition with artists from the Golan.
In 2004, she organized a solo exhibition titled My Garden Is a Minefield at the Majdal Shams Art Center. She also participated in the Wood Sculpture Festival and the Mosaic Festival at the House of Art in Majdal Shams in 2003 and 2004. In 2009, she took part in the conference The Initiative to Defend Palestine and the Golan, held in Bethlehem in cooperation with the Alternative Information Center.
