Rawan Khalilieh was born in 1991 in Nazareth. She received her BA in Fine Arts and Environmental Science from Haifa University in 2016. Currently, she is completing a degree in Art History and Art Therapy at the same university. She participated in a number of arts and culture workshops and worked with several local institutions. She received the first Ismail Shammout prize for visual arts in 2018 from Dar Al-Kalima College in Bethlehem. Khalilieh participated in an art residency at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) in Farnham/UK. She lives and works in Ramallah.
